Booty HeroesOur review.

What Booty Heroes actually is

Booty Heroes is a hentai idle RPG from the Hooligapps family: you are a regular guy dropped into a fantasy realm where the Goddess of Love and Pleasure has vanished — and, as the story puts it, the orgasms left with her. Your job is to build a squad of busty heroines, push through six magical factions and bring pleasure back to the world, one sexy reward at a time.

The opening sets the tone well. You start out walking through a sunny modern city park, then wake up alone in an enchanted forest where a white-haired elf called Lamia sizes you up and wonders where "this delicacy" came from. From there it is portals, cursed lands and a growing harem of elves, warriors and witches with very little clothing and a lot of appetite.

How it plays

As in most idle RPGs, your team fights largely on its own: you pick and upgrade heroines, equip artifacts and decide when to push the next stage, while resources keep ticking in between sessions. Each victory makes your girls stronger and unlocks new powers for the next fight, and the story advances through illustrated dialogue scenes with plenty of cleavage and innuendo. When you are ready, you can take your squad into PvP against players worldwide.

What sets it apart from older Hooligapps titles is the art: the characters have a modern, glossy, semi-realistic hentai look with soft lighting and detailed backgrounds. It looks expensive. The trade-off is that the idle format means less hands-on gameplay than a card battler or a match-3 — this is a game you check in on, not one you sweat over.

Pricing

Booty Heroes is free to play; the Terms describe Credits that can be earned through in-game or promotional activities or bought in packs, and redeemed only for in-game content. Prices are displayed on the in-game Shop page, not on a public price list, so SpiceRadar shows no figure.

Important before paying: the Terms state that all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of persistent technical failures on the operator's side, and that the site does not handle billing disputes itself — those go through Epoch or Segpay.

Pros

• Gorgeous, modern semi-realistic hentai art
• Fun isekai setup with a cheeky sense of humour
• Idle format: progress keeps running between short sessions
• PvP against other players for a competitive edge
• Named operator and discreet, well-known adult payment processors

Cons

• English only
• Less hands-on gameplay than card or puzzle games
• No public price list for Credits
• Purchases are non-refundable under the Terms
• Smaller player base than Hooligapps' older hits

Who it is for

Pick Booty Heroes if you want beautiful hentai art and a story that moves forward even when you are not playing — perfect for checking in a few minutes a day. If you would rather actually play the fights, Dirty League (match-3) and Smutstone (deck building) are more hands-on; for a mercenary harem with deeper card mechanics, try Lust Goddess; and for a long-running parody collection RPG, Harem Heroes.

Verdict

6.9/10. Booty Heroes is one of the best-looking free hentai games we have tried, with a fun setup and a low-effort idle loop that suits short sessions. English-only text, opaque Credit pricing and a strict no-refund policy hold it back — but as a free game to check every day, it is easy to recommend.
