The HandyOur review.

What The Handy is

The Handy is the stroker that turned "interactive porn" from a gimmick into a hobby. It's a motorised stroker built in Oslo by Ohdoki that moves a sleeve up and down your shaft — on its own, by the app, or in sync with whatever you're watching: VR scenes, scripted videos, games and supported live cams. Ohdoki says it has sold 200,000+ units in 155 countries, and the community writing scripts for it is huge. In 2026 the line-up is The Handy (mains-powered, now on sale) and the wireless The Handy 2.

How it feels

The sleeve sits inside a band on top of the motor, you lube up and slide in, and the machine does the work. On manual mode you set speed and stroke range with the buttons or the app. The magic is sync mode: start a scripted VR scene and The Handy follows the on-screen action stroke for stroke — when she speeds up, it speeds up. With up to 600 strokes a minute and a brushless motor, it's not shy about power. The trade-off is setup: Wi-Fi pairing, a script source and a stable connection are part of the deal.

Handy 1 or Handy 2? At €142.80 the original is the bargain, but it needs a power socket. The Handy 2 adds a battery, a longer stroke and the ClickOn accessory system — worth it if you want to use it in bed or hands-free with the cup and mount.

Pricing

Budget around €180–€200 to start properly with The Handy (machine plus one extra sleeve and lube), or €316+ for The Handy 2 Standard with a spare sleeve. That puts it between Arcwave (Thruster €189, no big script library) and Kiiroo (Keon from €199, its own FeelConnect ecosystem). The only sour notes: a 1-year warranty, shorter than Arcwave's 2 years, and a €30 fee even to return an unopened box.

Pros

• The biggest library of synced content: VR, scripts, games, cams
• 10–600 strokes per minute with a brushless motor
• The Handy on sale at €142.80
• No account needed to connect, open API
• Discreet "ODKI AS" billing and plain packaging

Cons

• Only a 1-year warranty
• €30 fee to return an unopened package
• Sync needs Wi-Fi and some setup
• Handy 1 needs a power socket

Who it is for

The Handy is for guys who want porn that touches back — especially VR fans and anyone who enjoys tinkering with scripts. If you'd rather have a new sensation than sync, the Pleasure Air Arcwave Ion is the alternative; for a classic manual sleeve, Fleshlight; for long-distance play with a partner, Lovense; for full hands-free thrusting, the Hismith sex machines. Pair it with SexLikeReal or the other VR porn sites we rank, and see our app-controlled sex toys guide and the sex toys ranking.

Verdict

7.8/10. The Handy is the best interactive stroker for content sync: powerful, open and supported by more VR studios and scripters than anything else. Grab the original while it's €142.80, or go Handy 2 for wireless freedom — just know the warranty is short.
